A branded reusable cup is one of the few pieces of merch people actually keep and use — which is the whole point of putting a logo on it.
How the printing works
- IML / full-colour wrap: the artwork is applied during moulding, so it is part of the cup wall — edge to edge, photographic quality, and wash-proof. This is what festivals and stadiums use.
- Single-colour: a cheaper option for simple logos where budget matters more than a full wrap.
- Why not stickers or pad print: they scuff and peel in commercial dishwashers, so the cup looks tired after a few washes. On a reusable, that defeats the object.
Artwork specs
- Supply vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG. We provide the print template for your chosen cup size so full-wrap artwork fits edge to edge.
- Use CMYK for print accuracy; Pantone references help us match brand colours closely.
- We send a proof before production — nothing runs until you approve it.
Turnaround
Standard production runs to schedule; urgent jobs go through our own UK factory in as little as 48 hours, because there is no importer in the chain. Order from 50 cups, price improving at each volume break — see wholesale and bulk pricing.
